As co-founder, Lucas Turqueto has worked across SaneSalve’s formulation, product development, consumer research, regulatory compliance, commercial strategy and preparation for market.

The high-protein, zero-added-sugar gelato was refined through more than 440 blind sensory-test responses across three research waves in São Paulo. The process allowed genuine consumer feedback to guide product decisions.
